Why Am I So Passionate About Real Estate?

Growing up in a family of Real Estate investors, I have been surrounded by Real Estate  my entire life. I love the excitement of real estate transactions and see Real Estate as the single most effective means toward achieving personal wealth. Period. Real Estate is one of my greatest passions, and as an investor myself, I have extensive first hand experience which enables me to provide a higher level of expertise than the average Realtor. When it comes to Real Estate, I have been there and done that.

Having leared a lot of lessons through personal experience, I put that knowledge to work for you, which saves your time and my time, our most precious resource. As a busy person myself, I respect your time and work in a highly efficient manner. But how do I save you money? I am a highly skilled negotiator, so whether you are buying or selling, I put those skills to work for you. My goal is to get you the best possible price on your purchase or sale, in the shortest amount of time possible. I am not in it for one deal, I want you to be so pleased with the service that you become a client for life, so your satisfaction is extremely important to me!

One important factor that sets me apart from the competition is that my business expertise is derived from my own extensive, personal, real estate ownership experiences with over 30 properties including: condominiums, residential presales and resales, domestic and foreign recreational and income properties, vacant land, new construction and renovations, long-term rentals and vacation rentals, assemblies and commercial property. Equally important are the strong principles upon which my business is built: a high level of personal integrity and ethics, service excellence, and highly effective negotiation and communication skills, which clients experience before, during and after their purchase or sale. As Realtors, our governing body will not permit us to refer to ourselves as specialists in a particular type of Real Estate, regardless of our level of expertise. That being said, my businesss is divided roughly in thirds. Although I have experience and feel very comfortable working with all types of property, I work primarily with: Residential Homes, Recreational Property (cottages and  lots that are either on the mainland or on islands, accessible only by boat) and Investment/Income Properties. 

Another area of expertise, outside of my scope as an Ontario Realtor, is my involement with multiple Canadian West Coast and U.S. Vacation Rentals. I presently own and manage 6 of these type of properties, and have been involved in short-term vacation rentals since 2004. I offer specialized services for investors who are considering purchasing this type of property in Canada or the United States.

Area Covered: In order to serve my loyal clients most effectively, I travel wherever I need to go to meet their Real Estate needs. Generally speaking, this takes me West as far as Mississauga and Wasaga, East as far as Oshawa and Orillia, South as far as Toronto and North as far as Muskoka. I love my job and I love travelling to different markets ... it keeps it interesting. It also enables me to keep my finger on the pulse of what is happening in real estate in many different areas, so that when clients are looking to buy or sell, I have a better understanding of local conditions and issues. Not to mention the fact that sometimes, when I am listing or showing island property, I get to do my travelling in a boat!
